1. What Data We Collect

Quiz and study progress

Your answers, exam results, readiness status, and mistake-training history are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers unless explicitly stated otherwise below.

Usage analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to understand how the App is used — for example, which screens are visited, which features are used, and general engagement patterns. This may include:

• App interaction events (screens viewed, features used, session length)
• Device information (device model, operating system version, language settings)
• A device-level advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), used to measure which marketing channel led to an app install

We do not use this data to display advertising within the App. It is used solely for understanding app usage and measuring the effectiveness of our own marketing efforts.

Purchase and subscription data

If you purchase a subscription or lifetime unlock, this transaction is processed by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of your subscription status (active, expired, cancelled) but do not receive your payment card details, which are handled entirely by Google Play. RevenueCat may assign an anonymous identifier to your device to manage entitlement status across sessions.

Crash and diagnostic data

If the App crashes or encounters an error, basic diagnostic information (device model, OS version, and the error itself) may be automatically collected to help us fix issues. This data does not include your quiz content or personal answers.

We do not collect your name, physical address, or government ID. The App does not require account creation or login.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data described above to:

• Operate and maintain the App's core functionality
• Understand how the App is used, in order to improve it
• Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
• Manage your subscription entitlements
• Diagnose and fix technical issues
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process your data on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — to provide the App's features and manage your subscription
• Legitimate interests — to understand app usage, improve the product, and measure marketing effectiveness, balanced against your rights and expectations
• Legal obligation — where required by applicable law

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each of which processes data according to its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Analytics) — usage analytics and diagnostics
• Google Play Billing — payment processing
• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management

These providers may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are relied upon by these providers to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

5. Data Retention

Locally stored quiz and progress data remains on your device until you delete the App or manually reset your progress within the App's settings.

Analytics data is retained by Firebase according to Google's standard retention periods, after which it is automatically deleted or aggregated in a way that no longer identifies your device.

6. Your Rights

If the GDPR or a similar data protection law applies to you, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Request a portable copy of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at labskiro@gmail.com. Because the App does not use accounts, some requests may only be fulfillable for data tied to your specific device (for example, via your device's advertising identifier).

You can also limit data collection at any time by:

• Resetting or disabling your Android Advertising ID in your device settings
• Opting out of analytics collection, where an in-app setting is provided
• Uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored data

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us at labskiro@gmail.com so we can address it.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data described in this policy. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
